Shipping Costs
We use the Paypal system to ensure that however you choose to buy your information is handled safely and securely. If you prefer to pay using cheques or cash or bank transfer please contact us and we can make the necessary arrangements. For larger/ trade/ club orders please contact us directly and take advantage of our special offers.
Our shipping costs are calculated and shown as you order, they vary according to the size and weight of the items being shipped. All packages are sent via recorded delivery. Below is a note of how this works out:

| Rest of the World | Each order is weighed individually (see below) |
If you order the Flying Lady or the Sporting Gent from outside the UK then we will weigh your order and confirm the postage costs with you. We will not charge you or send your order without confirmation of the final price. Please note that we aim to keep these costs to a minimum.
